The regime of accumulation in the 21 st century encounters structural crisis in the form of energy depletion and climate change threatening and reversing the progress made in the last 250 years of industrial accumulation. The technological advancements made by ICT and digital technologies are coupled with energy depletion to produce a new feudal order which erodes the economic rights and gains produced in the last 100 years of industrial expansion in both the core and the periphery of industrial societies. Coupled this with the climatic breakdowns the security of the neoliberal international order stands in crisis.en_US
