This thesis is an attempt to show the gendered nature of socialization of the scientific community of India. As a part of this feminist-sociological study, a survey was undertaken including IISER Mohali, IISER Pune, IISc Bangalore, IIT Kanpur etc., which has led to some concrete results.en_US
