Abstract: | This thesis undertakes a questionnaire-based research survey on the gendered nature of socialization in India's scientific community. This thesis is an attempt to show the gendered nature of socialization of the scientific community of India. As a part of this feminist-sociological study, a survey was undertaken including IISER Mohali, IISER Pune, IISc Bangalore, IIT Kanpur etc., which has led to some concrete results. |
